Presentation
The Bohinc Law Office opened its doors on 1 May 2005, when it was entered in the directory of the Bar Association of Slovenia.
The law office comprises Rado Bohinc, MSc and Saša Bohinc, MSc, Attorneys at Law, who perform their functions with a team of co-workers.
The work of the Bohinc Law Office focuses primarily on the provision of legal services and assistance to facilitate the daily operations of legal entities. Our lawyers also help individuals resolve their everyday legal matters.
Our clients include companies, sole traders, banks, and other commercial entities, institutes, associations and individuals. In accordance with the legal code of ethics and the principle of confidentiality, we may not reveal the names of our clients.
We represent clients before the courts and state institutions, and compile documentation and provide counsel for and on their behalf.
